Monmouthshire house prices are up 10.9% annually

House prices in Monmouthshire, Wales have grown by 10.9% according to the LSL House Price Index.
This is despite Monmouthshire already being Wales' most expensive local authority area by average house price (£283,144 against a Welsh average of £177,056).
Average house prices in Wales were up 1.9% in June 2018 compared to the previous year, with the average house price recorded as £177,056.
All regions and 70% of unitary authorities recorded annual growth in July with the average house price in England and Wales now at £302,251. July also saw the smallest difference between the highest and lowest regional growth rates for 18 years.
