With more entrants than ever before, over 5,000 offices were represented this year, but only the very best of the best were crowned as winners.\n\nManaging Director Oliver Blake said: “To win not only one, but two silver awards at such a prominent industry event is testament to the hard work and commitment of our teams on a daily basis. \n\nWe are naturally thrilled to receive this honour, which belongs to the entire company who all take so much pride in what they do.”\n\nThe award was judged by a panel of 20 industry experts who assessed initial entry submissions before conducting an extensive review of the entrants, which included over 150 hours of telephone interviews and mystery shopping exercises. \n\nThe judges commented: “Reeds Rains is a strong brand with a keen eye for delivering value for its customers in the face of change. It operates in a tough market but the team has developed and implemented a number of impressive strategies to maintain its position and market share. \n\n“They understand that customer values haven’t intrinsically changed but their service expectations have, so their philosophy is one of ‘traditional values, today’s needs’. \n\n“They’ve used their 150 year experience to design a strategy which prioritises customer needs as they understand that if these can be met, they will be able to meet their business and expansion goals.”\n\nNational Financial Services Director John Hargreaves said: “We’re delighted to have won another award for Financial Services making this our sixth success in as many years.
