At the same time we will release the property details on Reeds Rains.co.uk web pages (which has over a 100,000 visits per week) along with the leading property sites Rightmove,  Zoopla and Zoopla's  partners including  The Daily Mail and PrimeLocation.com.  To ensure the best local, regional and nationwide exposure and attract the maximum number of buyers we offer professional photography, premium listings on Rightmove and Zoopla, an audio-visual tour of your home and Energy Performance Certificate. We advertise in the local papers, and of course your property will be displayed in the local showroom, last but by no means least will put a smart 'For Sale' board up outside your property. You will also find we have a team of Mortgage Advisers and Convayancers to help your move go as quickly and stress free as possible.

In 1868 the original business of Samuel Rains, the founder of Reeds Rains, was looking after landlords. We offer a 'one-stop-shop' service to all potential buyers, This being information from our in house mortgage adviser, a team of solicitors to deal with the legal conveyancing of the sale, arranging viewings to placing offers and negotiating a successful sale, Our new listings are matched to our registered buyers as soon as we gain instruction, so prior to the property hitting the internet we will call you to get you an early viewing. Your designated case handler/negotiator will then endeavour to help you throughout the whole process of the purchase, getting regular updates from solicitors to enable a smooth, understandable transaction through to a satisfactory completion. 

Tenants

Once you are registered with Reeds Rains, Dinnington we will support you on your journey of looking for your perfect home. We will make sure the property is in good order, and has all the safety certificates and regulations in place. Our dedicated lettings consultant will advise you as soon as a suitable property is becoming available, and secure you an early viewing enabling you to be the first to apply and reserve the property. We will guide you through the process from applying for the property, to referencing to collecting your keys and then on through your tenancy as long as you remain a Reeds Rains tenant. We can also look into the financial security of your rent being paid, giving peace of mind that if anything should happen, you will not lose your home.
