We’ve recently sold our house through the Kirkham branch and arranged our mortgage with them too. The whole process was brilliantly managed and our house was sold within a few weeks. They worked really hard and without the extra efforts of the mortgage advisor our purchase would almost certainly have fallen through. Highly recommend this fantastic team 😊

Recently rented my property through Reeds Rains in Kirkham for the first time. I have been left absolutely delighted with the service, the staff were nothing but helpful and they found me a great tenant. Hannah dealt with my every query efficiently, and nothing was too much to ask! I will be using them again in the future I'm sure. Definitely recommend!

Very friendly and knowledgeable team of the local area. Explained the process and current market conditions well. Highly recommended.
Kirkham is situated amid pleasant villages and farmlands within easy reach of coastal resorts and with excellent shopping facilities. With its beautiful floral beds, Kirkham and Wesham have been very successful in the national Britain in Bloom Competition. Kirkham is very old and viewed as the unofficial capital of the market gardening community in this region. In Kirkham, you will find a nineteenth century Parish Church. In 1296, Kirkham market was chartered. The market and market square, owned by the Lord of Manor, gave the town a Manor Charter.
