Welcome to the Reeds Rains estate and lettings agency in Middlewich. This glorious part of Cheshire is well served by our high levels of customer care, with high street presence backed by the infrastructure and expertise of a large national organisation. Window presence in the centre of the local high street enabling foot traffic for all types of clients whether selling, buying or renting property.
Our house was on the market for 8 months (initially during the autumn and winter months) and the team at Reeds Rains took responsibility for the whole process of appointment booking and showing people round the house. During this time my husband became very ill and the house was not the priority. The team, Steve, Holly and Amy were so helpful, considerate and caring during this time and it really was a personalised service that they gave to me. The house has sold now and the team were on the end of the phone giving me advice along the way about the process. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The staff were very friendly and supported me searching for a first home. One particular member of staff, Amy, had great knowledge of the area and was able to direct me with useful information. Her enthusiasm and realistic expectations made the process a breath of fresh air. Overall, I have had a very good experience with this branch. If I decide to move again, I know just who to call!

Reeds Rains Middlewich have gone above and beyond when I was losing hope in finding a tenant for my property. From the beginning they explained throughly what was expected as a landlord and the different services they could tailor to my needs. They found a tenant quickly and kept everything simple and stress free! I would recommend to give these guys a call and have them round - for peace of mind they're worth their weight in gold. Thank you to all the friendly staff at reeds rains!
Middlewich is a market town set within the Cheshire East area. It's location is ideal for the commuter as we are 19.2 miles east of the city of Chester, 2.9 miles east of Winsford, 5.3 miles southeast of Northwich and 4.7 miles northwest of Sandbach. Since 1990 there have been initiatives to increase the volume of tourism into the town, through events such as the annual folk and boat festival, the Roman and Norman festivals, and regular farmers' markets. In recent years, it was rated one of the most attractive postcode areas to live in England.
