Reeds Rains, can't praise them enough, a special nod to Nicola, who held my hand all the way through, though the entire team managed my tension with patience and good humour. They are knowledgeable, experienced and pro-active, juggling the buyers, our mutual solicitors and me with professionalism, the proverbial duck, floating calmly, while paddling like hell underneath for their client benefit. I recommend you take advantage of their expertise.

Great agent. Dealt primarily with Kelly who was very friendly, helpful and professional and knowledgeable. Athough I also found the brief contact I had with others in the office to be very friendly and professional.
Kelly offered really useful advice. She also liaised between both solicitors and the seller (even though myself & the seller were also in regular contact) and it really helped having her as an 'impartiatial' voice to explain/negotiate/nudge the process along.
She was definitely an invaluable resource that helped smooth a rather bumpy buying process along.
I absolutely now realise the value of an estate agent and plan to use Reed Rains in the future.
The experience also made me realise why Reed Rains are so popular and well respected in the area.

Settled in the Calder Valley, Todmorden's roots are ancient with some properties dating back to the 14th Century. Trade routes were established in the 16th Century but the town really took off in the Victorian era, with the majority of the town's housing dating back to that time.
