I honestly Could not be happier with my experience with reeds rains! Zoe actually reached out to me via email as she had seen my property had been on the market for way over a month on right move! I was with another letting agent which I would never go with again as I was treated appallingly as they spoke rude on the phone to me and also they were fobbing my possible tenants off by not getting back to them! Anyway Zoe was jolly uplifting and honestly felt like a breath of fresh air she knew exactly what she was doing! She updated me throughout the whole process and even rang my electrician for me! I don’t normally do reviews but I feel the need to do this as I was so impressed by her professionalism and personality! She felt like someone I had known all my life and was like chatting to an old friend down the phone! Within 2 days I had a tenant for my property!
