The 50% discount will be applied only to the marketing pack fee, which means the cost of the marketing pack will be £99.50 inclusive of VAT. Normal marketing pack fee is £199 inclusive of VAT. 3. The discount is not available on other fees, costs and charges that may apply. These include without limitation your estate agency fee. 4.
