Seller package for conveyancing

When you are selling a house, it’s important to be prepared so that when a buyer is found you can move quickly. Together with our law firms we provide a seller's package for conveyancing.

Pro-active Approach

Our law firms will work with you to get the paperwork in place before a buyer is found. As a seller, this means that a contract pack can be issued to your buyers within 24 hours of an offer being accepted. This can save 3 weeks from the time to exchange and will allow us to identify more quickly if your buyers are employing any delaying tactics.

Our law firms will contact you within 24 hours of instruction to confirm all your details, provide you with important information about how to contact them and answer any questions you may have.

Process Excellence

Outside office hours a 24/7 online case tracking service is available so that you can monitor progress at any time.

Our service has been specifically designed so that everything can be dealt with by post, phone, email and fax meaning you don’t have to take time out of your day to meet with the law firm. We understand that time is important and that your individual circumstances will mean that you may have a preference for a particular contact method.

Our aim is to transform the moving process. We want you to experience a highly professional service with a strong emphasis on customer care. We will work with you to meet this aim and to progress your house sale at all times.

Product Leadership

Our law firms are specialist conveyancers and are dedicated to being available to you during office hours. They will not be dealing with court work which may take them out of the office at what could be a critical time for your transaction.

Our quote is a fixed price which means that no matter how many calls or letters are involved, the law firm will not increase the fee. This fixed price covers all work which would be required in a standard conveyancing transaction. Should the law firm have to carry out work of an unusual nature or work which you have requested in addition to the conveyance, eg preparing a trust deed then the law firm will agree with you any additional charges before they are incurred.
