I’m extremely happy with the service I received. Having dealt with several different letting agencies while looking for a home, the difference was immediately noticeable. Rosaleen was exceptionally professional, responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. She always called back, explained everything clearly, patiently communicated our requests and made the whole process feel straightforward and well managed. I felt I could trust her from the very beginning. This was particularly valuable to us as foreigners renting a home in the UK for the first time, so the whole process was completely new to us. We really appreciated Rosaleen’s patience, guidance and willingness to explain everything along the way. Thanks to her help, we are now happily settled into our new home and couldn’t be more pleased. A genuinely excellent experience and a level of professionalism that really stood out compared with other agencies we dealt with. Highly recommended!

Moving house is very stressful. Finding the right place for your family is even more so. Naoimh was very helpful and understanding of our exact needs. She showed us several houses until we landed at the right one. She is very professional and courteous. Communication is clear and timely. Highly recommend Reeds Rains.

As a first time landlord, having Naoimh in my corner to guide me through the lettings process from start to finish was invaluable. she has a wealth of knowledge and experience-from organising tradesmen to handling all the legal requirements involved. she took all the stress out of the process. she is now fully managing the property for me, which gives me total peace of mind. I am already looking for another investment property, and I will absolutely be handing this over to Naoimh to manage as well. Once again, thank you.
