1. Rent Protection
100% of monthly rent for up to 12 months of the contract (subject to a maximum amount of £35,000) if your tenant defaults until vacant possession is obtained, or your property is re-let (whichever is sooner).
2. Legal Expenses
Up to £15,000 of legal expenses paid for costs arising from regaining possession of your property from a tenant (providing there are rent arrears or the tenant has failed to vacate the premises at the end of a tenancy agreement).
3. Alternative accommodation
If you wish to move into the property then the cost of accommodation for you and your family (up to £100 per day) is paid for up to 30 days if your tenant has not vacated by the agreed date and the rental account is in arrears.
