I was in a chain of five, I was the top chain and had so many difficulties with the bottom chain, delays, stumbling blocks, you name it, it happened! Leah persevered everyday to try and get updates, move the sale along and always kept me in the loop with frequent emails, and phone calls. The contact I had from Leah made me feel like we were in this together which gave me peace of mind and I have lost on the amount of times she calmed me down!!
