We recently purchased a Bungalow via Reed Rains. We were downsizing due to my poor health and selling our own property with another agent. Out of all of the contacts I had throughout a very turbulent few months Chloe from the Cleckheaton branch was a little Gem! She was friendly, polite and extremely reliable. She went above and beyond trying to chase the chain for me. She always called or emailed back and delivered on what she said she would do. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Jack selling our house. As we are selling our first home we were slightly clueless in what we needed to do and what we needed to know. But Jack helped us along the way, with giving all the advice he could, updating us regularly on viewings and what the viewers thought of the property. Although we had a lot of viewings we didn't get in as many offers are we were hoping for, but Jack continued to fight for what was best for us and secured us a decent price for our property, even if it wasn't quite what we hoped for. Even now we have sold Jack is still supporting us in finding out next home and has been helpful throughout the experience.
