Janine was fantastic, a real breath of fresh air and exactly what we were looking for. No hard sell of products and services. We received excellent support from Reeds Rains throughout the process of finding a house to buy in Durham, up to moving into the one we eventually bought. While searching and viewing, Tony Hunter and his colleagues at Reeds Rains were very responsive and quick in organising views. They were equally helpful during negotiations with the seller when we decided to make an offer, and when we had to react to concerns raised in the survey report, balancing the interests of both parties. Once we bought it, they remained extremely helpful in liaising with the seller for the small issues that always arise, and in keeping our keys for the contractors we hired to do work required before we could move in. In summary, highly experienced and attentive people who offer a five-star service, which I am very happy to recommend.
