We sold my mother's house through Reeds Rain and were extremely happy with the service provided. I don't live locally, and so was not on hand to manage things, and the property was vacant for over six months, but they oversaw things brilliantly and were always efficient and helpful. A big thank you to Cheryl for handling the sale of our property. She answered my calls pretty much every day (even though I probably rang far more than most!) and always kept me up to date with our buyer and what was happening. I genuinely felt looked after from start to finish. The photos were great and the house was on the market very quickly - less than a week after the initial valuation visit. They weren’t the cheapest option, but for me the service more than justified it. Having a proper office with people available to answer the phone, a clear point of contact at every stage, and someone who could pass messages on and call back if needed made a huge difference. Compared to online-only agents I’ve dealt with before, this was far less stressful and I'd happily recommend them.
