We can’t thank Dea, Neldie and the team enough for the brilliant way they dealt with recent sale of a late family member’s home. The sale was a probate sale of a house that had been in the family for over 70 years and they made a potentially difficult and upsetting process feel straight forward. Dea is brilliant at her job, knows the local market inside out and secured solid and proceedable offers very quickly despite a slowing market. All our queries were answered quickly, we were kept up to date throughout and Dea and Neldie did a brilliant job of liaising between us and the buyers, keeping everyone up to date during probate registry delays. I had recently completed on a tricky apartment sale that has just completed remediation works. Reeds Rains were quick to get photos and put it on the market, with great market intel to attract quite a few viewings. Once the legal process commenced, Laura Croft from the Manchester sales team was great at managing correspondence between myself and the buyer. Overall very happy with the service from start to finish and I would gladly go back to them.
