I have recently sold my parents’ house in Clevedon through Reeds Rains. From the outset Craig was informative and encouraging of the market. I had four agents value the property and Craig was the only agent who seized the opportunity and asked for a viewing with a proceedable buyer at valuation. This is exactly how I like to work and because of Craig’s confidence we were happy to market with RR. Tina then went to work, she went to look over the house and jumped on the phone to prospective buyers, within three days she came back to me with an offer resulting in the house going under offer in less than a week.
