I would highly recommend Reeds Rains in Acomb to anybody looking to sell their home in the near future. All the team did a fantastic job selling our home recently, in particular Eve Plows who saw our sale through from start to finish. We had a long and difficult journey with our house sale due to repeated issues lower down the chain. Eve went above and beyond for us time and time again to secure new buyers, even managing to sell our house without it needing to go back on the open market. Her communication was excellent, both with us and with the rest of the chain and their legal representatives, and she kept us well informed every step of the way. It was a pleasure to work with you all, we can’t thank you enough!

We purchased the property with Reeds Rains through modern auction with a exchange of contracts and a delayed completion. Reeds Rains were upto speed on my requests and saw the sale through on a timely basis. Due to this, once we had completed the refurbishment, we decided to re-sell through Reeds Rains on the open market. A buyer was found and price agreed above advertised price within a 2 week period. The sale has taken quite some time to complete due to the buyers slowing the process somewhat. Matthew at Reeds Rains has acted as go between, pushing the deal through. He has kept me in the loop on all aspects of the sale. Will I use R R again? Certainly, I'm just waiting for them to find me another cracking deal. Thank you guys.
