Myself and my boyfriend dealt with Elizabeth March. She was absolutely brilliant in helping us get our offer accepted. We viewed a property advertised by 2 estate agents, one of them being reeds rains and the other being William h brown. We had no success with browns and struggled to secure what we hoped to be our future home. I have just bought a bungalow through Reeds Rains in Haxby. Due to a tortuous chain of purchases and slow solicitors, it was not without trauma. The whole process was only made bearable by the absolute care and consideration shown by all the staff at the Haxby branch. Particularly to be mentioned is the manager Tony Hunter, who went to great lengths, especially on the day of moving in, to ensure an easy transition.
