I can't praise Reeds Rains St Helens highly enough, in particular Jane, who has been so efficient and professional throughout our whole process, from putting our house up for sale to completion. Jane has kept us informed every step of the way, even contacting us when she didn't really have to, just to guide us through the stressful process, and making us aware of any developments with her calm and measured approach. Jane is a total asset to the team at Reeds Rains, I feel like we've become friends and I will miss my regular chats and updates with her.

From the outset, Rhian was very kind and attentive, taking the time to understand our situation, gather the booking details, and really listen and explain what I needed to do. That initial interaction set a very positive tone. Although it didn’t proceed to a sale, I also want to thank Nicola-Jane for taking the time to value the property. She was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and clearly very experienced. Her understanding of the local area and current market conditions really stood out and gave me confidence in the advice she provided. She explained everything clearly and made what can often feel like a stressful process seem much more manageable. Had things moved forward, I wouldn’t have hesitated to choose Reeds Rains.
