Alternative accommodation up to 20% of the sums insured

Landlord home emergency cover
In addition, if you take out buildings insurance through Reeds Rains insurance services, we can offer you the option of adding, for an extra cost, cover which provides 24/7 access to approved tradesmen in the event of an emergency such as a broken window, burst pipes or the total failure of the main heating system within the property and includes:
Cover costs up to £500 per claim with no excess
Claim can be reported directly by your tenant or letting agent with no impact to your standard buildings insurance no claims bonus
Landlords portfolio insurance
What we mean by Landlords Portfolio is a single (block) policy that covers more than one property. Having all properties insured under one policy can be effective for many reasons:
One renewal date and one premium.
Simple to add or remove properties.
The properties are rated collectively, giving us more bargaining power.
Flexible cover tailored to the landlords requirements.
