In addition, if you take out buildings and/or contents insurance through Reeds Rains Insurance Services, we can offer you the option of adding, for an extra cost, cover which provides 24/7 access to approved tradesmen in the event of an emergency such as a broken window, burst pipes or the total failure of the main heating system with the property and includes:
Cover costs up to £500 per claim with no excess.
Claim can be reported directly by your tenant or letting agent with no impact to your standard buildings and contents insurance no claims bonus.
