Having taken no less than 7 different estate agent quotes for our house sale in Macclesfield, James from Reeds Rains stood out to us as the most professional but non-pushy estate agent of them all, with a considered, realistic and fair valuation, a respectable percentage fee, and above all seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy. The marketing was top-notch, the sale process executed by the team swiftly secured us a buyer within a fortnight, and I cannot fault the communication and proactive nature of the branch throughout. Lewis was our endearing sales agent within the team, who proactively went above and beyond to both sell the house, and maintain our chain during our onward purchase, adeptly managing our buyers when they got cold feet on more than one occasion. In comparison to all other estate agents we were exposed to on our sales and purchasing journey, I can hands-down safely say we were extremely grateful we went with Reeds Rains. I anticipate using the team again if / when we sell our next home!
