Reeds Rains recently took over the management of my property. Phil, the letting agent, is a consummate professional. He made sure that my property was fully compliant with all laws and regulations. He recommended, and arranged, inspections and ensured that the property had all of the appropriate certification. He visited my tenants and introduced himself to them so that they felt comfortable and reassured that they were dealing with someone who had their best interests at heart. He always responds quickly to my enquiries and provides me with clear advice and recommendations. I have a property in Manchester which is managed by Reeds Rains for a number of years. All staff are always friendly and they will do their best to help you. Most recently I have dealt with Jordan and Ryan when we had some issues regarding a leak, which they were able to resolve for us.
