I had a few viewings with different estate agents but Reeds Rains offered the best opportunity to sell the house to get the best price we wanted. Andy came to do the valuation, he was up front, honest and personable. The photos he took were so good I barely recognised my own house.
Within 3 weeks of the valuation I received a firm offer. Unfortunately, the sale did not proceed without traumas but Wendy, who handled the sale, did a fantastic job of keeping things on track and ensuring I neither lost the sale nor the property I was due to move in to.

We have had the most wonderful, friendly, whilst professional support from Louise Hall, from our initial chat some weeks ago, when we were just enquiring about the area etc, to her securing our new home there yesterday. She has been so helpful and efficient so far and she has made the transaction stress free. She has provided invaluable information about the local and surrounding area too, as we are relocating, and gives you the courtesy and luxury of her time.
