If you already have properties with us, you can log on to your RR//Online account via the website, and new landlords will automatically receive an email with instructions on how to access the portal.
The portal functions in a similar way to an app and has been developed specifically for mobile phones. Simply save the portal homepage to your mobile phone screen, then you can click on the icon and log on in the same way as you would an app.
