I can highly recommend the lettings leg of this branch. Rosaleen has gone out of her way to look after me, from her initial flexibility in arranging a short notice viewing at a time that suited me, her communications through the contracting stages to her helpfulness even after collecting the keys. I have rented from various agents over the years and this is the first time I have felt the company have actually cared and truly treated me as an individual, with empathy and understanding of the stresses of moving. This warmth and friendliness seems to extend throughout the team, too, with Fiona extending a genuinely warm welcome in the office. You will be well looked after by this branch.
