Fees for selling through us
Selling through Reeds Rains Glengormley is easy. You don't pay us any Agency Fees until you complete the sale of your property. The only thing you may pay for upfront is if you choose our Professional Marketing Package that includes floorplans, photography, 360 Virtual Viewings, and targeted Facebook advertising. If you need an up to date EPC for your property, we can help with that too.
Our Agency Fee is based on a number of things. You can choose either a % fee or a fixed amount option and we will discuss this with you when you value your property. It will also vary if we are one of two or more agents selling your property.
