From the initial telephone contact, to our successful viewing, we have been very happy with the service we received from both Karis, and Rhys at Reeds Rains Bedworth Office, which continued throughout the sales process, they were more than happy to answer any of our many questions or queries regarding our purchase. Unfortunately, literally three or four days before our mutually agreed, by all parties, completion date, we discovered that one of the solicitors was not on the ball, and the completion date looked unachievable, but Karis and Rhys rose to the challenge and helped us cope with the stress, whilst also going above and beyond to coordinate between all the legal teams, to ensure that we were able to complete, and move on the agreed date. I can wholeheartedly recommend anyone to use this fantastic local Estate agency, who relish the personal contact between themselves and their clients, especially over the increase in faceless internet based agencies that seem to be popping up everywhere, face to face is much more reassuring than emailing. A big thankyou to Karis and Rhys, keep doing exactly what you do, so well.
