We put an offer in on a house in July and predominantly dealt with Karis & Rhys. The whole process was very drawn out but at every stage both Karis & Rhys went above and beyond in supporting us. Ultimately we decided to pull out of the deal but even then the kind words from both went a long way. It was a real shame that all their hard work didn't materialise in a sale but I would have no qualms about recommending them to anyone
