I have had a purchase going through on a bungalow for around 11 months. No fault of mine OR Reeds Rains. But in the early days I had quite a bit of messing about to get the utilities on to view it properly and one of the young ladies in the office on highfield road was pretty useless. Then came Hayley Mackridge who has been amazing. Her emails have been consistent and professional and on the phone she is polite and friendly. She turned my experience around. She’s a gem. When I called in to finally get the keys for my new place she was busy with an elderly gentleman and I watched how patient she was with him and had pulled her chair round to his. Fabulous 👏
