I have recently sold my property though Reeds Rains. I did purchase it 5 years ago through Reeds Rains, and decided to use them again for the sale as the service previously was excellent. They did not disappoint, they kept me updated regularly throughout the process , spent time chasing both my solicitor and the buyers solicitor to make to process as smooth as possible, willingly took or returned my calls always within an hour when i wanted to speak to them.norhing was too much trouble. Everything from start to finish was explained clearly and helped make the experience less stressful. Thankyou especially to Alison and Rebecca, I now have my forever home as I head towards retirement. I would definitely recommend this team. ................ I have recently dealt with Chris Backhouse at Castleford Branch in respect of a purchase. Whilst unfortunaely the sale did not go ahead, I can only praise Chris for her professionalism and proactivity in keeping me and all other parties involved. We recently completed a purchase with Reeds Rains and were looked after really well by Alison in the Castleford branch. She always got back in contact if I phoned with queries,and held my hand through the process. She made timely interventions with other parties, such as solicitors and the vendors, to keep things moving along . She acted as both a bridge and a 'piggy in the middle' with patience and calm, and I was very glad to have her along on the journey. Many thanks to all in that branch, but especially to Alison. We are moving in very shortly and can't wait to start a new life in the area.
