Five stars for the staff, especially Sophie and Lisa. Both went above and beyond to help get us into our home. Sophie was brilliant from the start. She was honest, upfront, took her time, and answered all our questions clearly. Lisa, her manager, was also a gem and worked tirelessly once contracts were underway. The only reason for losing a star is the external referencing company they use. We had a really poor experience with them. Their system is designed for a very narrow group, which makes the process impossible and slow if you fall outside those parameters. I know this is not RR’s fault directly, but using Legal for Landlords is something I would suggest they look at changing. That aside, we had a great experience. All of the other agencies in Stockport didn’t come close to the team at this branch!
