Communication was excellent — we were kept updated at every stage and any questions were answered quickly. What stood out most was how proactive Zoe is in keeping things moving, and her knowledge of all the changes in the landlords regulations which made the whole process much easier. The valuation was accurate, and the marketing of the property was excellent, leading to a good level of interest. Overall, I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to let their property.
