Buying/selling a property can be stressful, Callum made everything feel smooth and manageable. Communication was excellent, I was kept informed at every stage, and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. Callum’s very knowledgeable, and gave helpful advice without ever being pushy knowing I wasn’t good at all of this, knowing I am older and found a lot of this difficult. It was a very special and rewarding experience with Rain Reeds for me and my family when we decided to make a purchase of a property in the UK as our home. When we first approached Rain Reeds in Congleton, we were kindly greeted by Callum and after he understood the range of budget we had in mind, he shared with us a few very relevant options and also took extra effort to identify and print out many useful research information to give us as reference. I could imagine that if I were a seller I would be very pleased of his effort to show case my property entrusted to him to find sincere buyers. As a buyer, I felt welcomed and supported, and also Rain Reeds was resourceful for supporting my search for the ideal property. In the process of more than half a year, not a surprise that we encountered many unexpected and challenging situations that were outside of Rain Reeds’ influence. Callum gave his best efforts to coordinate with different parties, put things in perspective, maintain positivity for all involved, in order to move things forward. Callum also worked with his colleagues as a team to support the whole process. We appreciated Caroline’s follow up whenever Callum was occupied or on leave, and working along side with Callum to cross all the t’s and dot all the i’s for critical details, large and small. There were many others who willingly jumped in to help when needed. A big thank you to Callum and all at Rain Reeds!
