If I could give 10 stars I would! I honestly Could not be happier with my experience with reeds rains! Zoe actually reached out to me via email as she had seen my property had been on the market for way over a month on right move! I was with another letting agent which I would never go with again as I was treated appallingly as they spoke rude on the phone to me and also they were fobbing my possible tenants off by not getting back to them! Anyway Zoe was jolly uplifting and honestly felt like a breath of fresh air she knew exactly what she was doing! She updated me throughout the whole process and even rang my electrician for me! I don’t normally do reviews but I feel the need to do this as I was so impressed by her professionalism and personality! She felt like someone I had known all my life and was like chatting to an old friend down the phone! Within 2 days I had a tenant for my property! Even the tenant wanted to move in sooner than we thought so Zoe made this happen! I honestly was loosing hope as it’s my first time being a landlord and with my first buy to let property! I will be not be messing around with any other letting agents ever again in the future and will be going straight to reeds rains and asking for Zoe for my next buy to let and will be able to build my portfolio effortlessly! Once again thankyou so much for all your help and I shall be in touch very soon for the next one!

Fantastic service from start to finish! The team were professional, friendly and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, they kept me updated at every stage, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. I’m really impressed with the level of service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent a property. Finally settled into my brand new home by selling and buying with Reeds Rains.
