After the sudden loss of my Dad in May, I had a property to sell. I was also completely overwhelmed with the responsibility that came with being an executor. Having worked with Tim almost 10 years ago, I knew he would be able to take the stress away for me. I gave no other agents any thought or consideration. Once probate was granted, I dropped the keys off with Tim & left the house in his safe hands. I took his trusted advice on the price & the approach to viewings. Within hours of the house being marketed, back to back viewings were being booked in. I didn’t want the personal pressure of viewings, so I opted for accompanied viewings by Vic their viewing representative. I know Vic too & he takes time to familiarise himself with each property.
