After months of trying to sell two flats which we had previously rented out through another Agent in the city we contacted Neil. He has been so professional throughout the whole process. Professional and pretty helpful estate agent in Coventry, when patience required in dealing with slow solicitors for purchasing property. I imagine you would receive good customer service. I can't comment on what they're like in supporting sellers, or for tenants if they let properties, but good/punctual with arranging viewings etc. and answering queries.
