Reeds Rains were professional in the selling of my late mothers house. Once a buyer was found the sale went through very quickly in about 8 weeks. Inquiries were dealt with promptly. Our only issue really was the photos taken of our mothers house which were not of great quality but we didn't query it because the decor was not great. The sale went from start to finish was 6 months and we were pleased with that.

After months of trying to sell two flats which we had previously rented out through another Agent in the city we contacted Neil. He has been so professional throughout the whole process. Always responded immediately to any queries we had and it was like a breath of fresh air after the bad experiences we had with our previous selling Agents. He found buyers for us almost immediately after putting them on the market and we were on our way to a swift completion or so we thought. However we had multiple issues with solicitors in relation to both sales. Neil had such a difficult time with the sales as we did due to the sluggish solicitors. In the end he managed to get it all sorted virtually on his own. If only solicitors had his work ethic! We would have no hesitation in recommending Reeds Rains Coventry.
