We initially used Reeds Rains Durham when struggling to sell our flat after an unsuccessful period with another local agent. Deb and the team were great and found us buyers very quickly, though unfortunately—through no fault of their own—the sales fell through at the last minute. We decided to let the property instead and shifted over to the Lettings Team. Gem took control from Day 1, advising us on everything required to get the property rental-ready. Once listed, interest flooded in immediately. At that point, Eliza stepped in to manage viewings and market the property directly to clients. Within literally a few days, we had a choice of tenants to pick from, even while more viewings were being booked! The paperwork process was seamless, the team took care of absolutely everything, and our new tenant is now fully moved in. Excellent service from Reeds Rains, and it's great to see a team working together so effectively.
