My younger son and myself had seen five properties in one day and were ready to go home and put it all down to experience. As we toured the last one, Jeremy Knight could sense how we felt and asked what I wanted, that in itself was a first. He asked if we could manage one more and we reluctantly agreed, it was a long way home from Evesham. Neither of us could control our excitement, Jeremy had read me perfectly and here was a house where I could live out my old age.
