Good overall but with inconsistent start - After a bit of a wobbly start with poor communication, Jack listened to constructive criticism and took on board the feedback given. He then really upped his game and communication couldn't have been better. He also pulled out all the stops to get the house purchase over the line in tricky circumstances so would definitely now recommend the services of this agent.
