From the outset to the final stages they have conducted everything in an efficient, effective and professional manner. Paul went above and beyond in his sound advice and guidance; his obvious local experience very apparent. Thank you, Paul I really appreciated this and was the reason I chose to sell with you. Then Laura, took over the wheel and drove the sale! Laura was a brilliant force of nature. Forget 5 stars, Laura's approach deserves an extra gold star at least. She ushered the sale through several stages using a reassuring mix of legal, technical, practical and human understanding. I want to thank her for making this process so straightforward for me. She was attentive, always responded to calls and emails swiftly, if not instantly. Her tenacity completely reassured me. She was also a source of excellent knowledge and ideas that assisted me greatly, just when I needed it. I particularly liked her respectful, timely open and transparent dialogue with my solicitor, and the buyer's side. This mattered a lot because it immediately dissipated any worries around 'not knowing', as I imagine it also did for the buyer. A good wholesome experience with Laura. Her approach resonated well with me and is the reason I was able to wholly trust the process. I always felt listened to, respected and understood by both Laura and Paul. That personal approach is worth a great deal in today's commercial environment. A shout out to all the staff I came into contact with along the way - it is testament to a good company when the customer, feels valued. I did, thank you.
