I have recently dealt with the team at Reeds Rains regarding the purchase of my first investment property. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Amber and Sophie during the purchase, they have been informative throughout the process, ensuring I had all the information required and took the time to update me regularly. From this experience I looked to Rains Reeds to manage this property once the sale was complete. During this I spoke with the lettings manager India. She made me aware of all of the legislation surrounding rental properties and took the time to ensure I had a full understanding of everything.
