Matt, Vicky and the team at Reed Rains have been absolutely fantastic to work with for my first rental property. Matt especially has been very patient as due to extra building works the process took longer than hoped but he has been extremely supportive from start to finish. Trade people recommended through them have been very professional and got the jobs done quickly and to a high standard. Vicky was very good at communicating the process and the progression with the tenants and they were found quickly once the house was ready to go. I would definitely recommend Matt and his team at Reed Rains for anyone looking for a letting agents.

As a first-time landlord, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Matt and the team were incredibly friendly, proactive, and informative from the start. The package of notes and information provided about using the service was well-presented and easy to follow, which really helped me understand the whole process. They were also extremely helpful when it came to organising both an electrician and a gas service engineer—both of whom were friendly, professional, and efficient. The communication throughout has been excellent, and everything has felt smooth and well-managed. What really impressed me was how quickly tenants were found—much faster than I expected! It’s been a really positive start, and I hope it continues. Recommended!
