This Review is important not because the Sale of my Property was smooth and speedy but because it was the exact opposite but it proves how important it is to have an Good Agent. From the start John was courteous friendly and helpful. He explained the process very clearly and was not 'pushy' to get me to go with Reeds Rains. Despite the total inefficiency of both the Buyer and their Solicitor John remained calm, and was relentless in 'chasing' up the Buyer, his Solicitor and my Solicitor by ringing and speaking to them all to ensure he got a response and pushing them into Action.
