wow, wow, wow, wow, wow ... Ok maybe a little of over the top on the wows, but a reflection of the service provided to my wife and I by Katie Glover as she hosted a viewing for us - its' kinda what you expect from an agent but needs calling out as not all agents operate as Katie has. Katie engaged with us positively, was open with us, injected humour and that was before we'd entered the property! Inside, Katie listened to what we are looking for and explored/suggested potential solutions to make the property suit our needs. She was straight on the phone to the office if she did not know the answer immediately, she contacted the vendor to discuss a 2nd viewing to enable us to try for size before potentially putting an offer in. Katie, didn't go above and beyond or go the extra mile, she didn't need to. She wasn't just selling the house to get a sale, she was genuinely interested in make sure it fulfilled what we would like in our next property. Thanks Katie, superb engagement, thank you
