I have removed two previous reviews because they were old and Google won't allow multiple reviews from the same individual. I have been working with Reeds Rains in Hazel Grove as a landlord for many years now. Over those years I have had the pleasure of working with a number of really knowledgeable 'Lettings' staff. They have sourced and vetted a number of new tenants for me over those years and I have generally been very pleased. The team are obviously very well trained and the office is managed particularly well by Dean (Brandreth). Having owned the apartment in Hazel Grove since 2004 I decided the time had come to sell. Dean began the process for me and introduced me to his colleague Ellena Schatynski. I could write a short book on the trials and tribulations that have occurred over the period, which included an attempt to pull a last minute stroke on us by a housing association (beware and be ready) and also later having severe issues with a buyers solicitor who was so bad, he really should have his licence to practice revoked, there were my occasional temper tantrums - and through it all, Ellena's patience and tenacity pushed us through to the finish line. She went above and beyond and is a real credit to her office and profession. I cannot recommend Dean and Ellena (Reeds Rains) Lettings and Sales teams highly enough. Thank you so much.

Fantastic, personalised and professional service. Dean, Sophie and the team are incredibly knowledgeable and approachable. They have been exceptionally well prepared and kept us up to date and informed throughout the process of selling our home, (which they did in no time). Dean clearly knows the local areas and understands the market. He has been proactive and this has given us confidence to follow his advice which has led to securing a buyer. Although there is some way to completion at the time of writing we have been very satisfied with the service.
