A big thank you to Cheryl for handling the sale of our property. She answered my calls pretty much every day (even though I probably rang far more than most!) and always kept me up to date with our buyer and what was happening. I genuinely felt looked after from start to finish. The photos were great and the house was on the market very quickly - less than a week after the initial valuation visit. They weren’t the cheapest option, but for me the service more than justified it. Having a proper office with people available to answer the phone, a clear point of contact at every stage, and someone who could pass messages on and call back if needed made a huge difference. Compared to online-only agents I’ve dealt with before, this was far less stressful and I'd happily recommend them.
