I was living in Canada at the time and he was super patient with me being in a different time zone, guiding me through the process of getting set up with my rental apartment and always being available for a chat on the phone. I recently sold my house through reeds rain. I would like to pass my thanks onto the team. Victoria came out to vaule our property. She was friendly and encouraging about the property and gave good / realistic valuation. I spoke with masie and later my file was passed to Cheryl. I found i usally received prompt responses to emails and phone call. I appericated the updates from Cheryl, she was positive and also calming as things towards did get stressful (out of control of reeds rains, issues to do with the chain) My only advice is consider appointing your own sociltor. We initially go with home fast service but then found we providing documents / ID to home fast, the solicitor and reeds rains. This was not ideal for us as wanted a solicitor based in Sheffield that we could attend. Also consider using your own mortgage advisor, i used endurance financial, david clowe - free and prompt service I think underestimate how long the whole process would take Thankyou again to reeds rains, this was only experience of selling a house (have experience of buying a house with two different agents in hillsbrough which were 'ok')and my overall experience is good estate agent to work with. Thankyou!
