5 stars isn't enough! The support and empathy that Gaynor has shown during the purchase of our first home has been outstanding, and far outweighs any level of service provided by our solicitors. Gaynor didnt need to maintain the level of contact that she has, but without it so much of the time I would have been left in the dark regarding the progress of my purchase. She even was able to highlight unnecessary delays, allowing me to take charge with my solicitors and get the Head of Operations involved to speed up the process again. Being a first time buyer, I would have been none the wiser and would probably still be waiting. I would definitely consider using Reeds Hyde if we ever recover enough from our experience of our solicitors to sell our home in the future, Wendy has also been great, as well as everyone we have spoken to along the way! Thank you Reeds and thank you Gaynor! Fully recommend!

The staff at reeds rains have just signed off on the sale of my house i am very impressed with the customer care and service gaynor and Wendy took me through the difficult process from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble for them they made it clear to me to call in with any documents I didn't understand or I needed them scanned and emailed to my solicitor who was recommend by gaynor and they were absolutely brilliant too so a big thank you to gaynor and Wendy who so deserve a bonus xxx
