She has listened to me with a smile and given me solutions. She has never been annoyed. They all have been very good. He was incredibly helpful at every step of the process and went above and beyond to assist me. Although the overall process was slower than expected due to legal challenges and delays from the solicitor, Mr. Bernard made sure to chase things up regularly and worked hard to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
