She acted quickly and helped my clients understand what rent they would get and took all the pictures for the property. It’s now rented. Since then Tammy and I have just sorted another rental for a client of mine. Within a day of me completing the refurb, Tammy had already given us rental comparables and had been to the property, taken pictures and had it listed the same day! Thank you Tammy!
