Throughout what became a nightmare process with my solicitors, they were absolutely amazing. They were always there when I needed support, and no question or problem was ever too much trouble for them. They consistently went above and beyond, providing reassurance when things felt overwhelming and helping to keep everything moving forward. What impressed me most was how proactive they were. They regularly contacted other parties involved in the transaction, even when it wasn't strictly their responsibility to do so, simply because they genuinely wanted to help.
