However, I really want to highlight the excellent support I received from Ryan When Ryan stepped in, he handled everything professionally and consistently. He always made sure to return my calls, kept me updated, and worked hard to ensure things were resolved as smoothly as possible. I was going through quite a stressful time, and Ryan’s calm and reassuring approach genuinely made a difference. He took the time to listen and made me feel confident that everything would be sorted — which it eventually was. We had been searching for a property in the Reddish area for a couple of months, our interaction with estate agents varied. Since we got in touch with Reeds Rains, Alex supported us throughout the buying process. He arranged several viewings for us and provided clear and honest advice. When we finally found a property we liked, Alex supported us throughout the buying process. Alex explained the process to us, he spoke to us in plain English informing us at every stage of the house purchase - so anytime we received an email from our solicitor, Alex would interpret the email and tell us what was happening and why. He also knew we were in a hurry to complete the purchase as soon as possible, so he regularly liaised with the vendor and the solicitor and kept us updated. I really can't thank Alex enough.
