I had a few estate agents come to my house to give a valuation and tell me about how they would market my home. Mark the Manager came out and explained everything in a way that I could fully understand and made me feel at ease from the start. I was really impressed with the platforms and other ways my house would be on the market and also with the photos that Mark took and for which I wasn’t going to be charged for unlike other estate agents! I had lots of viewings booked in which was always communicated to me and at a time that suited me and my partner. There was always someone from the office who turned up on time every time to show the potential buyers around which was such a relief to me. One of Sales negotiators was a young man called “Alex Baird” who really went above and beyond at making me feel less stressed and also the way he showed viewers around my home. He was so polite showing respect for my home, myself and the viewers. I began to look forward to the viewings just so I could catch up with Alex and actually started to look on him as a friend!
