I booked a valuation of my property with Reeds Rains. The person who answered the phone was very helpful, and the process of booking a valuation was extremely easy and straight forward. My valuation was carried out by Jacob. From first meeting him, he immediately put me at ease. He made me feel relaxed, which isn't an easy thing to achieve welcoming a stranger, especially an estate agent into your home! He was polite, warm and professional.
