Helpful and committed to ensuring the process of buying the property from viewing to completion ran smoothly and without undue delay. Freddie was my agent from the branch and he was available to answer queries and chase things up with other parties when I needed him. The whole process of buying a home is convoluted and prone to extreme confusion; Freddie ensured I understood where we up to in the process and explained things well to me at each step of his involvement. I’m not looking to move out for a little while yet, and I will definitely be using Reeds Rains as my agents when that time does come around. Recommended.

We have recently completed on our house and Reeds Rains were acting on behalf of the owners of the house we have bought. John was fantastic throughout the process helping with a number of issues the arose throughout the process. I'm not sure if the sale would have gone through without him. John was very professional and was great at chasing up issues throughout the chain. I would definitely use Reeds Rains in the future if needed.
