I spoke to Darren Patterson, he was very friendly and always knew how to help, as well as being quick with responses. Our tenancy start date was delayed a while but he was very patient with us, and even went out of his way to get our keys copied to accommodate for everyone on the tenancy. 5/5 stars, walked me through the whole process when I had no idea what I was doing, he made it feel very simple, always there for us and always kept his professionalism. Also we were made sure that we were always welcome to call if we had any inquiries or needed any help. Perfect for first time movers like myself but definitely NOT limited to. I recommend this agency to anyone who wants to lose sleep over what colour their curtains are going to be and not worrying about if they've missed anything out on the professional side.
