Selling my flat with Reeds Rains was completely stress-free. From the moment they valued the flat to the day we completed, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. What really stood out was the communication – I received regular updates (usually weekly, sometimes more) by phone and email, so we always knew exactly what was happening. My agent (John) was friendly, proactive and went out of their way to keep things moving, even chasing solicitors when needed.
