Searching for an Estate Agent, I obviously 'shopped around'. However, the outstanding candidate Reeds Rains, won the race by a country mile!! Even the initial visit from Phil to value the property the service was exceptional. He spent a considerable amount of time carrying out his assessment and demonstrated his deep knowledge of the area and the local market. He then followed this up swiftly with an enthusiastic and realistic report over the phone. I knew immediately that this was the Agent that I wanted to market my home. The follow up conversations, meetings, email and telephone communication have all followed in the same vein - professional, efficient but also with warmth and friendliness. Having now met the rest of the Team, I appreciate that Phil obviously selects his Staff very carefully to deliver his excellent standard of service. I have been delighted with the whole process.
