The sale was a probate sale of a house that had been in the family for over 70 years and they made a potentially difficult and upsetting process feel straight forward. Dea is brilliant at her job, knows the local market inside out and secured solid and proceedable offers very quickly despite a slowing market. All our queries were answered quickly, we were kept up to date throughout and Dea and Neldie did a brilliant job of liaising between us and the buyers, keeping everyone up to date during probate registry delays. Once the legal process commenced, Laura Croft from the Manchester sales team was great at managing correspondence between myself and the buyer.
