Samantha Russell was our contact and she was fantastic from start to finish, professional, friendly but never pushy, we always felt we were in control but received some solid advice. Claire Evans was also great and between them they secured a tenant for us, completed all checks and paperwork and saw everything through to the end. Seamless! Can’t thank them both enough (🤞🙏🤞 for the rest of the journey)

She didn’t just do her job well—she was thoughtful, patient, and genuinely on top of things from start to finish. She checked in regularly, explained things clearly, and made sure I always knew what was happening next. It made the whole process feel much less stressful than it could have been. Tara came across as truly personable and conscientious, not just friendly on the surface, and that made a real difference.
