What are Virtual Tours?
Virtual tours are on an interactive online platform allowing us to show potential buyers around your property without the need for you, us or them to physically be there.
- We will offer them as an option to buyers first, so they can get a real feel for the property before committing to an in-person viewing. This means that any physical viewings only include buyers who are really interested in the property.
- It will also open up a much wider geographical area enabling any potential buyer the opportunity to view your property wherever they are in the world.
