We are excited to announce the opening of our larger premises in Ormeau Road, Belfast. We have relocated a team of local property experts, who are really keen to start working with more sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants in the local area.
It will mean that the branch can support even more customers across more postcode areas and, with our neighbouring branch in Ballyhackamore just three miles away, there is even greater exposure to properties being sold or let through our network of branches in Northern Ireland.
Ryan Andrews, Director of Reeds Rains in Northern Ireland commented:
"We're absolutely delighted to have relocated our Belfast branch and see this as confirmation of our ongoing success in the Northern Ireland property market and our continued commitment to supporting as many customers as possible with their property needs.
Only recently it was highlighted that Northern Ireland was one of only two regions to see prices rise at a solid pace in May (*) and first time buyers, in particular, are seeing it as a destination of choice. For example mortgage borrowers with a small deposit, typically first time buyers, made up 35.9 % of borrowers in Northern Ireland in June, more than any other region in the UK.
It’s this ongoing activity, and demand for our services, that has prompted our move and, with branches in Bangor, Carrickfergus, Glengormley, Lisburn and Newtownards, as well as our two branches in Belfast, confirms our leading position in the market. We look forward to welcoming even more customers to our new branch to demonstrate this.”
We will be running some exciting prize draws in the coming weeks, more infomation can be found by visiting the Ormeau Road, Belfast branch.
