After considering three agents we chose Reed Rains. The friendly yet professional approach was what was expected. The Market evaluation compared favourably with others and we secured a full asking price offer within a week. The support thereafter has been invaluable in ensuring the process moves forward smoothly. For us Mark and his team deserve this recognition.

Chester le street is an old market town with some well-known landmarks. Lumley Castle overlooks the town and the Emirates County Cricket Club is close to the river and town centre. It is great for commuting as it's close to the A1, and has its own train station linking it with Durham to the South and Newcastle to the North.
